The city’s site has many links to other Web sites, such as those operated by other governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations and private businesses.  When you link to another site, you are no longer on the city’s site and this privacy policy does not apply.  When you link to another Web site, you are subject to that site’s privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.  Links to Web sites outside of the city of Glendale are offered solely for your convenience.  The city is not responsible for nor has control over the policies or content of any third-party sites.

Tax Visa Refund Policy

The consumer has the right to request a refund or cancellation of their online payment by the next business day following the purchase. This request may be made by telephone at 623-930-3190 or fax at 623-930-2186. Make sure to include the following information in your request:

The date of the charge, amount of the charge and the reason for the refund or cancellation. Your refund or cancellation will be processed within two business days of the request being received. 

City Court Refund Policy

The consumer has the right to request a refund or cancellation of their online payment by the next business day following the purchase. This request may be made by telephone at 623-930-2400 or fax at 623-937-8860. Make sure to include the following information in your request:

The date of the charge, amount of the charge and the reason for the refund or cancellation and your case number. Your refund or cancellation will be processed within two business days of the request being received. Please note that any refunds on City Court cases are subject to re-imposition of sanctions previously imposed including drivers license suspension and warrant.

E-mailing the City

Before you submit a form or email to the City, you should be aware that your submittal: (1) is subject to public disclosure under the State Public Records Law, (2) is not private or confidential, and (3) is retained for one year.
