City Court Refund Policy
The consumer has the right to request a refund or cancellation of their online payment by the next business day following the purchase. This request may be made by telephone at 623-930-2400 or fax at 623-937-8860. Make sure to include the following information in your request:
The date of the charge, amount of the charge and the reason for the refund or cancellation and your case number. Your refund or cancellation will be processed within two business days of the request being received. Please note that any refunds on City Court cases are subject to re-imposition of sanctions previously imposed including drivers license suspension and warrant.
